The hotel was originally a noble dwelling, built in the 1970's surrounded by a large park. The owner of the large villa was a nature lover and began growing various types of plants, flowers and shrubs. Successively, inside the parks small villas were built which are nowadays the hotel rooms and and facility areas of the resort.
